We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to marketers or third parties. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for those third parties’ marketing purposes without your consent.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of our e-mails or by changing your communication preferences within your account settings. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account, the Services or purchases.
Do Not Track Signals. At this time we do not respond to browser ‘Do Not Track’ signals.
Retention Of Information
We will retain your Personal Information, including following account closure, for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal or regulatory obligations and for our business purposes. We may retain certain data after account closure to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, assist with investigations, and take other actions permitted or required by applicable laws. If your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, we may permanently delete all information associated with it from our servers.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and have service providers located inside and outside the United States. We collect and use this information for the purposes indicated above under “How We Use Information.”

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf by providing the agent with written permission to do so and verifying your own identity with us.
Nevada Privacy Rights
The Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the sale of certain types of Personal Information. We do not currently sell Nevada resident Personal Information as sales are defined in NRS 603A.
